We are excited to announce that we are looking for an Practice Manager at our Central Business Office in West Long Branch, NJ

Oversee daily operations of the healthcare practice, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a cohesive and effective team.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
