WHO WE ARE
We are Born Social, a social-first creative agency that brings brand building into the social era. We have a track record of delivering transformation for iconic brands like Guinness, Ford, and Barclays, led by our team of social natives and brand experts, underpinned by technology.

Backed by the strength of a brilliant business that's proudly B-Corp certified, we're consistently recognized as one of the best places to work.

We're part of Croud, a global, full-service digital marketing business. Today, Croud and Born Social bring together distinct creative and performance specialisms. We’re now entering the next stage of our journey: becoming a more integrated business, with shared functions and ways of working, while protecting the specialist expertise that makes each part brilliant.

Excitingly, we have just won our first integrated retainer in the States with a non-profit movement launched for the country's 250th anniversary in 2026 to reignite genuine community contribution. This work reflects our values as a business, and we're looking for passionate people to bring it to life.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lo-Fi content creation: Creating and editing native lo-fi assets (both meme and video formats) across Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, TikTok, ensuring the content complies with best practice for each platform.
Culture Scouting: Looking for reactive opportunities in community and culture and ideating the best ways for our clients to enter those moments in real-time.
Community Management: Monitoring and responding to the messages we receive from our communities, as well as identifying proactive opportunities beyond our tagged mentions to engage with new audiences. Crafting social-first replies through relevant copy and creative tactics.
Ideation: Pairing knowledge of social-first trends and audience insights with brand knowledge and tone of voice to ideate content, across all formats from written to visual responses.
Copywriting: acting as the voice across the brand channels, writing copy across community responses as well as for captions on our social posts
Reporting: Evaluating the organic performance of our content for our clients, sharing valuable insights and creative analysis to drive forward the iteration of our strategies and output delivery.
Collaboration & Communication: Working in a nimble and collaborative environment, you will work closely with our Strategy, Creative, and Client Services teams to ensure we are delivering leading social-first delivery for our clients, ideating and communicating regularly.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A creative, social native: You are well versed across the key social platforms, with experience of creating and editing your own native lo-fi content (TikTok & Reels)
You are immersed in social and popular culture: The "chronically online" friend in the group, regularly keeping up to date with the latest social trends across platforms and in popular culture.
You are quick-witted, and have a flair for comedic community management, able to "speak the internet" with a strong understanding of social in-jokes and language.
You enjoy working fast: You enjoy thinking on your feet, moving fast to adapt and react to the latest daily trends. The role is best suited to someone who thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment, with plenty of variety every day.
You are collaborative: This team requires all hands on deck, with lots of in-person communication and collaboration.
Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You will take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection
Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there
You'll have two or more years of experience working with social media (agency-side preferable)

NO GRIT NO PEARL

No Grit No Pearl is our creative mantra – a single-minded statement of intent that defines how we get to great work and the standard we hold ourselves to. Because we believe the best work isn't formed instantly, they're shaped through commitment, care, and perseverance. Grit isn’t about grind - it’s about staying curious, pushing ideas, and appreciating the process to reach the Pearl - work we’re proud of, created to the highest standard that makes a lasting impact.

VALUES

Our values aim to pinpoint the magic ingredients for us at our best. We look for people who share our values and can add to our culture.

⚡️ See Challenge as Opportunity... is about our attitude and to be very clear, this is not a value of optimism, nor is it about loving every challenge.

⚡️ Say It Simply... is how we communicate. Think of the basic rules of communication - honest, clear, confident.

⚡️ Do What You Say... is the crux of our reputation and longevity. When you join Born Social, our trust is fully given. It is yours to lose.

⚡️ Make Each Other Better... is about our culture of collaboration and commitment to development. We are only as good as the people around us so we all take responsibility for developing each other, as well as ourselves.

⚡️ Consciously Contribute...is bigger than all the others. It ensures we grow right. It broadens our focus beyond Born Social and cements our commitment to doing what’s just, not what’s easy or immediately self-serving.
