Who We Are

Crunch Fitness is a rapidly growing fitness brand with more than 600 franchised and company-owned clubs across the United States and internationally. Our No Judgments philosophy creates a welcoming community where everybody can pursue fitness on their own terms. We make serious fitness fun by combining exercise, entertainment, innovation, and an unapologetically inclusive culture. This is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of a high-growth brand, where development, advancement, and meaningful impact are part of the work.

Are you a digitally savvy Graphic Designer with a passion for health, fitness, and social media? Crunch Fitness is looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to create engaging content across digital, social, print, and in-club experiences.

This role is responsible for designing marketing campaigns, social content, digital advertising, emails, in-club collateral, and print materials while maintaining the Crunch brand's bold personality and visual identity. You'll work closely with the Creative team to concept, execute, and adapt creative across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on building scalable templates within our creative automation platform, Storyteq, allowing campaigns to be efficiently localized across our franchise network.

We're looking for someone who lives in the digital space, stays on top of emerging design and social media trends, and understands how to create content that performs across today's marketing landscape while remaining unmistakably Crunch.

This document defines the essential responsibilities, qualifications, and performance measures for the Graphic Designer role. It is intended to be read alongside the full job description.
