About Devotion

Devotion builds and operates large-scale creator ecosystems for the world's most ambitious consumer brands. Featured in Vogue as the company built for the post-follower era, we combine a proprietary AI platform with deep brand and cultural expertise to run ambassador programs, gifting engines, incentive frameworks, and community infrastructure. The result is 10x more creator content without compromising brand safety or quality.

Founded by former TikTok executive Jonathan Kroopf and Parade founder Cami Téllez, Devotion has generated over a billion impressions, engaged tens of thousands of creators, and reached seven-figure revenue. We're backed by top-tier venture investors and founders from Away, Ramp, and Twitch.

The Role

We're hiring a Creator Marketing Associate to work alongside our Creator Marketing Account Leads in running creator community, ambassador, and gifting programs across multiple brand partners. You'll be a true partner on each brand, helping shape strategy, execute the day-to-day work, and keep campaigns moving. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to Creator Marketing Account Lead. You'll learn the playbook by running it, build strategic instincts by being in the room, and grow into owning your own brands.

You'll work alongside Devotion's AI platform, which surfaces the right creators and streamlines outreach so you can focus on executing sharp, brand-aligned programs that keep creators coming back.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Creator Marketing Account Lead to shape each brand's strategy. Bring creator insights, campaign learnings, and cultural signals into planning sessions, then help translate that strategy into the campaigns we run.

• Run end-to-end brand ambassador programs alongside the Creator Marketing Account Lead, owning day-to-day execution across creator onboarding, gifting, follow-ups, and engagement.

• Be the operational backbone of the brands you're staffed on. Pull creator lists, manage outreach queues, track shipments, chase posts, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Hit monthly targets for creator applications, acceptance rates, content volume, and posting rates on the programs you support.

• Draft campaign copy, posting instructions, and creator-facing messaging based on what's resonating on TikTok and Instagram and aligned to each brand's voice.

• Work hands-on with our AI sourcing engine by running queries, flagging gaps in targeting, and feeding learnings back to improve the model.

• Help shape brand-specific safety parameters with the Creator Marketing Account Lead, then run checks on creators and content against them. Escalate edge cases for review.

• Join client calls as a co-presenter, own sections of the agenda, and walk through performance. As you grow, you'll take on more of the strategic conversation.

• Partner with sourcing, outreach, and engineering teammates to keep multiple campaigns moving in parallel and improve both the playbook and the AI behind it.

Who You Are

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in creator marketing, community operations, creator programs, brand partnerships, or an adjacent role at a brand, agency, or platform. Internships count if the work was substantive.

• You've worked on a creator program, gifting campaign, or community and understand the rhythm: the chasing and the small details that determine whether a campaign performs.

• You have sharp instincts for culture and content. You're on TikTok and Instagram daily, can tell when something is landing or falling flat, and have a point of view on why.

• You're strategically curious. You don't just execute; you ask why and want to understand the brand, the customer, and what's working before you ship the next thing.

• You're highly organized and systems-minded. You build processes, not just relationships, and can manage multiple fast-moving programs without dropping balls.

• You communicate clearly and quickly, work well across teams, and write tight, brand-aligned copy.

• You embrace AI and new tools. You're excited about using technology and agents to operate at a scale that would be impossible manually.

Why This Role Is Different

You'll operate programs at a scale traditional agencies can't touch, with AI-powered tools handling work that used to require teams of 10. We're building the infrastructure to "scale intimacy," and this role is at the center of it. These programs have already generated tens of millions of impressions. Your job is to make sure they keep getting better.
