Are you looking for that next step in your career? Come interview with us. We have a busy salon, wonderful customers and a fun team that loves growing and learning together! Our great location in Bedminster NJ is next to Starbucks, has a steady customer base, no following needed and a great tip potential. Stylists earn $25-$30 per hour on average this includes the hourly rate, tips and bonuses. The role typically works 2-3 evenings Mon-Fri and rotating weekend shifts per month.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you’ll need:

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
