Professionalism & Brand Standards

When representing Rasnna, you are representing the brand. All content and interactions must be professional, positive, respectful, and consistent with our image.

We expect the Social Media Assistant to be dependable, prepared, and proactive. This is not a position where we expect someone to simply wait for instructions. We want someone who can see an opportunity, create an idea, and take action.

Cleanliness & Presentation

Because Rasnna is a food business, cleanliness and presentation are extremely important. Any content featuring food, employees, customers, or the restaurant must be presented in a clean, organized, and professional manner.

The candidate should also maintain a professional appearance and understand that the quality of our social media content reflects directly on the quality of our business.

Our Standard

We are looking for someone who is energetic, creative, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

If you are someone who is constantly thinking of new content ideas, understands what makes people stop scrolling, enjoys being around customers, and wants to help build a growing brand, we want to hear from you.

Rasnna is looking for someone who doesn't just post — we want someone who helps build the brand.

Flexible work from home options available.
