✨ Executive Assistant Needed ✨

Are you someone who loves making things happen, keeping life organized, and being the person everyone can count on?

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, proactive assistant to provide a mix of executive and business support. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, has great judgment, pays attention to the little things, and can confidently jump between priorities.

No specific experience is required — we care more about how you think, communicate, and get things done.

What You’ll Do:

Your days will be varied, but may include:

Managing calendars, schedules, appointments, and day-to-day logistics
Helping keep business priorities organized and moving forward
Coordinating meetings, travel, reservations, and other details
Communicating with vendors, and other contacts professionally
Researching information and helping with projects as needed
Keeping track of details, deadlines, and to-do lists

You might be a great fit if you’re someone who:

Is naturally organized, dependable and personable
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Can juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
Communicates clearly, professionally, and warmly
Is comfortable learning new things (don't worry, we will teach you!)
Has good judgment and understands the importance of confidentiality
Brings a positive, can-do attitude

You don’t need a perfect resume. Maybe you’ve worked in an office, managed a busy household, coordinated events, supported a team, run your own projects, or simply have a reputation for being the person who always gets things done. We’re interested in what you can bring to the role.

Why You’ll Enjoy This Role:

This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in business, projects, planning, and problem-solving — and you’ll play an important role in keeping everything running smoothly.

Interested? We’d love to meet you.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Who We Are

Patriot Medical Health is the leader in Acute, Sub-Acute and Residential Home care. We provide services to our local communities, Federal, Veterans and Underprivileged health care sector, aiming to remove existing healthcare disparities.
For patients who have suffered an injury, illness or exacerbation of a disease, our subacute nursing home care is a money-saving alternative to in-hospital care. Subacute care differs from that of a traditional nursing facility in that it provides more intensive care to the patient until the condition is stabilized.

Our comprehensive team of professionals has years of experience in Geriatrics, Pain Management, Alternative Medical Treatments, Surgical and Wound care. Generally, the patient is assigned a medical team, which comes up with a treatment plan. Our physicians work closely with medical professionals such as physical and occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dietitians, nursing teams, and social workers to provide you with specialized care targeted at your unique problems.
