Tired Of Weak Leads, Slow Pay, And A Company That Won't Back You?

Long Island, NY - For Home Improvement, Remodeling and/or Construction Closers Only.

If you've sold home improvement before and you're tired of weak leads, slow pay, and companies that don't have your back — this is your shot at something better, placed by people who actually represent you.

If you're seeing this, we're already working with high-quality home-improvement companies in your area — quietly. Renegade Talent Group represents experienced closers and places them where they'll actually win. We don't post our clients' names and we don't expose you. The first steps are always confidential, and we will never contact your current employer. Nobody finds out you were looking unless you decide to move.

WHO WE PLACE — AND WHERE
We represent proven in-home closers — roofing, decking, siding, windows, baths — and match them with home-improvement companies that lead heavy, pay right, and run a real sales floor. One closer, one lane: you get matched to a company and a product you can master, not juggle five.

We only work with companies offering long-term, career-based roles with a healthy team culture — somewhere worth planting your flag and staying put. No churn-and-burn shops. No revolving-door sales floors. If a company doesn't treat its people like they're meant to stay, we don't represent it.

THE $200K STANDARD
Straight talk: if you don't care to clear more than $200K, this isn't for you. The companies we place into hand their closers every tool, system, and lead needed to get there — and expect them to use it. We match that drive to teams that reward it. If you're comfortable being average, we're not your people.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet homeowners across Long Island for in-home consultations, present clear value-driven options, follow up on quotes and past opportunities, and close. Evenings and weekends, because that's when homeowners are home and money happens.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Experienced in-home closers — roofing, siding, decks, windows, or adjacent high-ticket
✓ Confident closers who connect fast and sell value, not price
✓ Organized, coachable, and hungry to keep getting better
✓ A clean, repeatable process and availability to run homeowner appointments
NO Beginners — this is a career closer's seat, not a starter role

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

It takes about ten minutes, and it goes straight to our team — internally and confidentially. One of our team members reviews your background and your answers, then reaches out to get acquainted, based on where you're at and what you're looking for.If it's a fit on both sides, we'll send you a Sales DNA assessment — about sixty minutes — that maps how you're wired to sell. We use it so we only ever place you with a company you'll actually fit.Only if you decide you want to take it further do we move to references. This is the point — and the only point — where the process is no longer confidential, because by then you've chosen to explore the opportunities we have. Until then, steps one through four stay completely private, and we never contact your current employer.
