Job Description
Our company's Finance department is committed to developing future leaders through its Finance MBA Rotation Program. Through two one-year rotations, the program provides emerging talent with the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience and to build and enhance leadership skills required to succeed as future enterprise leaders. The program is primarily located at our NJ and PA locations. Additionally, senior management exposure, mentoring, networking and other learning and development experiences are incorporated throughout the program.
Program Overview & Responsibilities

Roles within the MBA Rotation Program may include, but are not limited to, forecasting, reporting, and analyzing operating results; operational risk management and process improvement consulting; managing capital structure, currency and other financial risks; analyzing business strategies and capital investments; or other roles across our company's finance and global support functions.
Upon completion of the two-year program, participants will apply for their post-rotation role where selection is based on performance, business need and mutual interest, where possible.

This is a full-time position starting in June 2027.
Education:
Must have an MBA completed by May 2027. A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience is preferred (not required).
Required Experience:
Eligibility to work in the US on a permanent basis. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The salary range for this role is
$106,200.00 - $167,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
