About the role
We're seeking a talented UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you'll apply expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user workflows, and usability to design engaging websites and web applications. You'll collaborate closely with creative and development teams, leveraging user research and data-driven insights to shape exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, effectively manages multiple priorities, and communicates clearly while balancing creativity, speed, and quality.
This is a contract position for approximately 3 months, 20-30 hours per week.
What you'll do
- Develop detailed wireframes, flowcharts, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements
- Be able to clearly communicatetheir work andsharetheir work withinternalteams and clients.
- Employ user-centered design practices to create world-class interactive web experience
- Write easy-to-read and comprehensive documentation
- Work with cross-functional teams to find balanced solutions to complex user,businessand technical challenges
- Develop expert-level knowledge of competitive and complementary products/experiences and bringnew ideasto the team
- Work seamlessly with the team to develop andmaintainsite branding and visual design
- Use storyboarding, user scenario development, high-level use case definition,userand task analysis, to capture and develop user requirements and integrate elements into user interaction designs.
- Create, evaluate, andmodifyhigh and low-fidelity prototypes to supportdevelopmentprocess. Facilitate iterative testing of prototypes.
- Working experience with modern UX, design, prototyping, and collaboration platforms such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Plan highly usable experiences across responsive websites, mobile applications, CRM/email programs, patient and HCP portals, web apps, presentation tools, and other emerging digital touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5-10+yearsofexperience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
- A strong portfolio or samples of interaction design workdemonstratingexperience and relevant, user-centered designs
- The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously,and multi-task in a dynamicenvironment.
