MAJOR FUNCTION:
The PA will provide comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role is ideal for a practitioner dedicated to patient-centered care, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- 2+ years experience in primary care preferred
- Strong knowledge of primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
Certification/ Licensure:
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Active and unrestricted PA license in NJ
- DEA & NJ Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license
- BLS required.
