The Growth Marketing Manager owns how Bridge turns demand into pipeline. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this role owns our growth and demand generation strategy and its execution: multi-channel and ABM campaigns, lead generation, the marketing automation and CRM engine behind them, and the reporting that ties activity to pipeline. It’s a hands-on, analytical role for someone who likes both building the plan and running the systems that make it work.
This is the performance and operations side of marketing. You own the growth engine end to end: audience targeting, campaign execution, lifecycle and nurture, martech, and measurement.
You’ll partner closely with the Sales Development & Outbound Operations Manager, who owns the outbound motion, SDR partner agencies, and CRM mechanics within Sales Operations.
Key Responsibilities:Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Own growth and demand generation strategy and translate it into executable, multi-channel plans.
- Plan and run multi-channel and ABM campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline.
- Own inbound and paid lead generation programs, from offer and audience through conversion.
- Own paid media across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, Meta), from strategy and budget through execution, optimization, and reporting.
Marketing Operations & Martech
- Own the marketing functions within our marketing automation and CRM platform (currently HubSpot): lists, segmentation, workflows, nurture sequences, email, forms, and landing pages.
- Own marketing data hygiene and email deliverability, and define the marketing and engagement signals that feed lead scoring.
- Own marketing reporting and attribution: connect activity to pipeline and revenue, build reliable dashboards, and report to leadership.
- Support the evaluation, selection, and migration of martech and CRM tools as the stack evolves, and partner with Sales Operations on platform governance.
Pipeline & Sales Partnership
- Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline against a shared target.
- Own the lead-handoff service-level agreement with the Sales Development & Outbound Operations Manager, including response times and quality feedback.
Experimentation & Optimization
- Champion experimentation across channels and campaigns, and optimize conversion through the funnel.
- Turn results and insights into recommendations that shape the next cycle of demand strategy.
Desired Skills, Education and Experience:
- 6+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing (B2B preferred).
- Hands-on paid media experience across LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, and Meta, including budget management, optimization, and reporting.
- Proven success generating measurable pipeline through multi-channel programs.
- Deep marketing automation and CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Highly analytical and ROI-focused, comfortable owning dashboards and attribution.
- Strong at translating strategy into executable, well-run campaigns.
- Effective partner to Sales, able to align both teams around pipeline outcomes.
- Hands-on, fast-moving operator comfortable building process and systems from scratch.
- Experience with ABM platforms and intent data.
- Experience standing up or migrating a marketing automation or CRM platform.
- Familiarity with web analytics (e.g., GA4) and A/B testing.
This is primarily a remote/work from home position with the potential for some occasional travel and an salary range of $100,000-$125,000.
