Job Description:
This job is responsible for delivering specialized portions of a marketing initiative. Key responsibilities include performing a variety of analysis and process improvement activities to support business deliverables. Job expectations include working with senior managers within the Marketing team who will provide coaching and instruction, and delivering solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in the financial services industry with proven analytical, problem solving, data driven background, with demonstrated marketing or production experience.
- 2 or more years of proven experience with Excel and PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Testing Design including analyzing data and evaluating downstream impacts.
- Must have superior attention to detail and excellent judgment skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively to manage multiple due dates with fluctuating work volumes while meeting business expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in communicating with all levels of management and business partners.
- Knowledge of direct mail tactics and creative development for direct mail marketing.
- Understanding of the bank’s card products and services and their value proposition for customers/clients.
- Ability to understand complex list segmentation strategies and matrix specifications to deliver flawless strategy execution.
- Thorough knowledge of Bank of America policies and procedures.
- Ability to act independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to identify and escalate concerns/issues with a sense of urgency.
- Anticipate and deliberately manage risk and reward tradeoffs
- The ability to work with multiple business areas to assist with strategy development and implementation.
- Proven ability to understand and document marketing and production business rules, identifying control points and developing process and efficiency improvements.
