Job Description:

Responsible for assisting the L3Harris Global Business Services vendor master data governance (MDG) team with reviewing vendor data change requests for completeness and accuracy
Responsible for assisting with vendor master data system changes
Ensure vendor data change requests coming from buyers, vendors, and other sources are complete and accurate
Investigate and resolve data differences in the vendor master records
Participate in projects designed to increase payment of vendors through ACH from L3Harris

Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Analytics or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge and/or experience in data analytics, strong Excel skills, schedule development and tracking, strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in financial systems, including SAP and/or PeopleSoft, desired. Ability to learn and adapt quickly with exceptional follow-through skills a “must.”

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$42,640.00 MIN - $85,280.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$37,440.00 MIN - $74,880.00 MAX].. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
