IT Manager
The IT Manager manages all processes, operations and teams within the Information Technology department. This job participates in determining the Information Technology needs of an organization and is responsible for managing a team that implements solutions to fulfill the organization's information systems requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages and monitors the successful delivery of Information Technology services for the organization’s hardware, software and network technologies.
- Maintains Information Technology teams and systems to ensure that the area's technological level is up to date by implementing new procedures and techniques related to Information Technology.
- Provides input into the teams project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Completes cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization’s IT roadmap.
- Sets Information Technology goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience leading technology teams
- Prior experience managing a portfolio of applications and products
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing technology teams including Developers, Product Owners, BSAs, and Systems Administrators
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Product Management Lifecycle

The Commercial IT Manager is responsible for leading the Product Owner function supporting Commercial technology platforms. This role serves as the primary management leader for Product Owners, ensuring business priorities are translated into technology roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.
The position acts as a key liaison between Commercial Business Stakeholders, Product Management, Product Owners, development teams, and technology support teams. The role provides governance, prioritization oversight, delivery accountability, and continuous improvement across the Commercial Lending and Leasing technology portfolio.
Preferred candidates will have experience supporting multiple products, managing relationships across diverse stakeholder groups, and coordinating work among several technology and business teams. Successful candidates should be comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment, balancing competing priorities across a broad technology portfolio, and developing talent through coaching, knowledge sharing, and professional growth opportunities.
