Core Duties & Guest Experience
Serves as the first point of contact, warmly greeting and assisting patients, guests, and staff with a high standard of courtesy and professionalism.
Elevates the overall guest experience by proactively offering wayfinding assistance, facility information, and personal escorts.
Monitors visitor conduct to ensure a safe, welcoming environment, diplomatically stopping and questioning unauthorized individuals as needed.
Security & Facility Operations
Controls access to all internal facility areas and exterior parking lots.
Conducts regular foot patrols across buildings and premises to actively prevent and detect fire, theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
Secures, unlocks, and monitors offices and premises according to daily operational schedules.
Manages emergency situations and disorderly individuals, coordinating rapidly with local Police and Fire Departments when required.
Assists medical staff in safely restraining patients when necessary.
Administrative & Team Support
Completes accurate, detailed written documentation, including daily activity logs, incident reports, and safety investigations.
Remains available to provide additional shift coverage for emergencies and overtime scenarios.
Adheres to the operational direction of the department Director and on-duty supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
2 years of relevant experience (preferred), ideally with a strong background in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations.
