The Global Rotational Development Program provides capacity to support high-priority Finance projects and business needs. By joining the Global Finance Rotational Development Program, individuals will have accelerated learning opportunities through the support of priority projects across various divisions and functions within our Company's Finance, expansion of personal networks, and breadth of experience.
Global Finance Rotational Development Program participants will be assigned to roles based on business needs. These roles may be project-based (such as supporting a special enterprise initiative or program) or traditional finance roles (such as backfilling for a colleague who has moved to a new role or one who needs to be on leave.)
The assignment process aims to provide team members with a wide variety of experiences during their time in the development program, with a sharp focus on gaining an enterprise mindset, seeing a cross-section of our Company's finance roles, and achieving targeted development objectives. Project assignments will vary in duration (typically 90 to 180 days), area of Finance and development objectives. Members of the program will have an opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the finance organization, helping to solve vital business needs for our Company's finance.
After 12-24 months in the Global Finance Rotational Development Program, individuals advance their career development through opportunities across finance and the greater organization. The purpose of this leadership development experience is to prepare talent to create confidence in a changing world so that the company is empowered to innovate and fulfill its purpose.
Position Description:
As a Senior Specialist in the Global Finance Project Support Team key responsibilities include:

NETWORKING – Individuals will be empowered to work across the company developing and leveraging a network of relationships to achieve high level business insights. Individuals will have opportunities to report to different project managers across various Finance divisions that will expand personal networks.
SHARING – We work to break down silos and share our knowledge to better connect people across the Finance organization. Individuals will be challenged to critically problem solve, act as trusted advisors, and provide business insights. Participants will have the opportunity to present key business insights and learnings to senior leaders based on project assignment.
LEARNING – Individuals will be assigned projects across the Finance Organization giving you an opportunity to learn about other finance functions. Project managers will teach individuals everything you need to know from a project perspective to excel in this role. Individuals will work closely with the hiring manager and other program participants to assist personal and professional development through real time feedback, formal performance evaluations, and best practice sharing.

The salary range for this role is
$106,200.00 - $167,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
