The DuPont Entry Level Direct Hire and Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program provides new and recent graduates with the opportunity to become catalysts for change--transforming industries and improving everyday life. With an accelerated approach to career development, the program combines immersive assignments with formal education, networking, mentoring and leadership exposure through on-the-job rotational experiences.
Participants are encouraged to forge their own path by rotating through a series of 2-to-3-year assignments across different businesses, locations, and functions including Operations & Engineering, Global Procurement, and Science & Innovation. Successful engineering and supply chain candidates will complete a minimum of two assignments but may complete up to five. Complete geographic flexibility is required to enable a greater pool of possibilities and diversity of cross-functional experiences.

Program and Position Requirements
The DuPont Field Engineering & Supply Chain Development Program seeks top talent. To be considered for enrollment, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Pursuing or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business from an accredited institution
GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale)
Preferred minimum of 6 months of paid co-op or internship equivalent experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, or related fields
Maximum of 3 years of full-time industry work experience
100% geographic flexibility to allow for best career development fit
Willingness to relocate to a new location every 2 to 3 years
A four-year company commitment to complete a minimum of two assignments (usually 24 months per assignment)
Legal right to work in the United States without restriction
Preferred
Six sigma green belt certification (or willingness to become certified in the first 24 months)
Experience building sustainable customer relationships, business acumen, program management, and process improvement.
