The Opportunity
As a Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Management Consulting Director, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow, driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements.

Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies to optimize profitability and maximize customer value
- Analyzing market trends and pricing models to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Overseeing revenue management initiatives to drive business growth and enhance client engagements
- Guiding teams in the execution of customer-centric solutions and profitability analysis
- Utilizing pricing software and tools to conduct price verification and performance analysis
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align promotional pricing strategies with business objectives
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization
- Promoting technological advances and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term tactical execution to achieve business goals
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
