We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise across front-end, back-end, application development, and multi-platform toolsets. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications using modern web technologies, Java and Python-based back-end frameworks, and cloud/container-based development tools. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications for enterprise environments.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications using Java, Python, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Struts, Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Pandas.
- Create and integrate scalable web services and middleware components.
- Work with distributed systems, big data processing frameworks, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Develop, configure, and maintain application build, deployment, and release processes.
- Use application development IDEs and toolkits such as Eclipse, RAD, NTS, IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, and Jupyter/iPython for efficient software development.
- Leverage multi-platform tools and frameworks including Docker, Maven, ANT, OSGI, Apache Ivy, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, shell scripting, IBM Work Managers, Shell DataPower, and related deployment toolkits.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to software development standards, security best practices, and SDLC processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Front-End Development
- Strong experience with Angular
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js for front-end integration and application services
Back-End Development
- Strong programming experience in Java and Python
- Experience with JSP, Servlets, Spring, and Struts
- Familiarity with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Pandas for data processing and analytics
- Experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integrations
Application Development Toolkits
- Hands-on experience with Eclipse, RAD, NTS, IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, and Jupyter/iPython
Multi-Platform Development Tools
- Experience using Docker for containerization
- Knowledge of build and dependency management tools such as Maven, ANT, OSGI, and Apache Ivy
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Proficiency in GitHub and version control practices
- Experience with shell scripting
- Exposure to Shell DataPower and IBM Work Managers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of overall development experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise application development
- Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and application monitoring
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment practices is a plus.
