We are seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing Generator Division. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced in-home sales professional who enjoys meeting with homeowners, providing solutions, and earning uncapped income through a commission-based compensation plan.
What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss backup power and standby generator solutions
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
- Educate homeowners on generator products, features, financing options, and installation processes
- Prepare and present professional proposals
- Build trust with customers and guide them through the purchase decision
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous in-home sales experience required
- Home improvement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, solar, windows, or related residential sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of closing sales and generating revenue
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly competitive
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable utilizing tablets, CRM systems, and sales tools
