What You'll Do
- Sell and cross-sell personal insurance products to new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention and renewals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Meet individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain required licensing and continuing education requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty License in your home state.
- 2+ years of insurance sales experience (3-5 years preferred).
- Ability to obtain Life and/or additional required licenses within 60 days of hire.
- Proven success in sales, customer retention, or account management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Multi-state licensing is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply for select locations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
