Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator with hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience operating, setting up, cleaning, and troubleshooting cGMP manufacturing equipment, with strong hands-on experience in tablet compression and granulation.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Hands-on Tablet Compression experience, including:
- Tablet press setup
- Equipment operation
- In-process checks
- Troubleshooting
- Hands-on Granulation experience, including:
- Wet or dry granulation
- Equipment setup and operation
- Troubleshooting
- Must have worked in an actual cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical solid dosage manufacturing facility
- Must be able to read, understand, and complete documentation in English
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field preferred/required based on company requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commercial and non-commercial OSD manufacturing activities according to production schedules.
- Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Perform activities related to dispensing, granulation, sifting, milling, drying, encapsulation, coating, compression, and cleaning.
- Complete batch records and other cGMP documentation accurately, thoroughly, and legibly.
- Follow approved SOPs, batch records, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Perform required in-process checks during manufacturing.
- Participate in Quality Investigations as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within cGMP manufacturing areas.
- Work closely with Production Management, Quality, Engineering, and other site support personnel.
- Complete scheduled manufacturing activities safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
