POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The CSR oversees daily customer accounts, order processing, customer-specific inventory requirements,

reporting, pricing, project coordination, and quality-related activities. Acting as the primary liaison

between customers and internal SupplyOne departments, the CSR ensures customer needs are clearly

understood and effectively met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer & Account Management

• Manage daily customer account activities and build effective working relationships with

SupplyOne personnel.

• Use independent judgment and discretion when addressing customer matters.

• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and service issues.

Order & Project Coordination

• Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and pricing information.

• Process customer orders, change requests, and supporting documentation.

• Monitor production schedules and expedite orders to meet delivery requirements.

• Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to meet customer needs.

Inventory & Reporting

• Partner with purchasing to manage customer-specific inventory.

• Prepare reports and maintain records for customer orders, inventory, projects, and account

activity.

• Review purchase orders for accurate pricing, specifications, and delivery requirements.

Administrative & Systems Support

• Maintain accurate files, records, and supporting documentation.

• Use Amtech, Microsoft Office applications, and other business systems to complete assigned

responsibilities.

• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions.

• Basic math skills, including pricing and profit calculations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and with strong attention to detail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This role is primarily office-based, with occasional exposure to warehouse, manufacturing, and

distribution operations. It may require sitting, standing, walking, and using standard office equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This office-based role requires regular interaction with customers and employees and occasional entry

into manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution areas. Employees must follow all applicable safety

procedures in operational environments.
