UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Scrum Master, Payments Money Movement in Weehawken, NJ.

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Scrum Master, Payments Money Movement to:
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the product team to develop functional understanding of the banking domain focusing on money movement platforms.
• Use technical knowledge, judgement, and creativity to steer the team in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) processes with the required automated build quality checks integrated in the build chain.
• Guide areas of the organization in successful Agile transformation using Scrum framework. Support the product team and pod in structuring and writing effective user stories, and capturing upfront acceptance tests. Run requirements review and estimation workshops for the team.
• Ensure that the status of all product backlog items are captured in JIRA and GitLab. Build the needed dashboards to show product increment status. Utilize Confluence to ensure transparency of product artifacts and validate that stakeholders can understand the project's status and progress.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Your skills and experience
Education & Experience Requirement
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Consultant, Associate, or related occupation
Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
• The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Consultant, Associate, or related occupation in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience.
Position requires experience with the following:
• JIRA; Microsoft Project; GitLab; SharePoint
• Confluence; Microsoft Visio or Gliffy; JSON
• Oracle, MySQL, or MS-SQL; Eclipse or IntelliJ
• Tableau or PowerBi; Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Postman; Waterfall; Scrum or Kanban; Scaled agile framework (SAFe); Enterprise Architecture
• Requires Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner Certifications. Employer will accept a three- or four- year Bachelor's degree.
