Project: Build an AI Recruiting Agent (One-Time Setup)
WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for an AI and automation specialist to design, build, and hand off an AI agent that recruits experienced life insurance agents and financial advisors. This is a fixed-scope, one-time project, not an ongoing management role.
Deliverables:
- A working AI agent that reaches out to candidates, answers their questions, qualifies them, and books interviews directly on our calendar
- Integration with our existing tools (calendar, CRM, email/SMS)
- Outreach scripts and qualification questions set up and tested
- Written documentation and a recorded walkthrough so our team can run and adjust it ourselves
- A live training session with our team
After launch: 30 days of support for bug fixes and adjustments, then full handoff. All accounts, logins, and assets will be set up in our company's name and belong to us.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record building and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or marketing automation that delivered measurable results
- Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and funnel strategy
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), and CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Working knowledge of paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Able to turn business goals into working systems with minimal oversight
- Clear communicator who can explain technical ideas to non-technical agents
- Experience in life insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is a strong plus
