All County Exteriors is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinatorto support our growing Service & Repair Division.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners calling about repair and service needs. You'll help guide customers from their initial inquiry through scheduling, proposal follow-up, and job completion while coordinating closely with technicians, warehouse personnel, accounting, and operations teams.

SUMMARY: This role is the heart of the service and repair team – the main customer-facing contact to enter the work orders for technicians to complete the repairs accurately and with the necessary materials. The Customer Service Coordinator ensures a seamless experience from initial inquiry through to service completion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Customer Service & Call Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking repair and service work.
- Answer inbound calls and gather information needed to create service work orders.
- Help customers understand service options and pricing for routine repairs.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage shared customer service inboxes and voicemails.
Scheduling & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate and manage daily service schedules.
- Plan technician routes throughout New Jersey to maximize efficiency.
- Update schedules and communicate changes as needed.
- Ensure technicians have the information and materials needed to complete assigned work.
Proposal & Work Order Management
- Create, update, and maintain work orders in ServiceTitan.
- Follow up with customers on open estimates and proposals.
- Convert accepted estimates into active jobs.
- Upload photos, project documentation, and customer information into the system.
- Maintain accurate customer records throughout the service process.
Administrative & Team Support
- Coordinate with accounting regarding customer deposits.
- Communicate with warehouse and inventory teams regarding material needs.
- Research historical customer information, materials, and color matches when required.
- Assist with filing, scanning, document management, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the Service & Repair team with day-to-day operational needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of customer service, scheduling, dispatching, administrative support, or related experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous scheduling or dispatching experience.
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM/service management software.
- Experience working in construction, home services, roofing, repair, or field service industries.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
WORK LOCATION & HOURS REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires full-time, on-site presence at our Lakewood, New Jersey offices (08701).
- The standard schedule is Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm.
