What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
• Provide nursing care and medication management for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs
• Assess, monitor, and respond to individuals' ongoing medical and wellness needs
• Administer medications and treatments, including IM injections as prescribed
• Complete assessments, progress notes, recovery plans, and all required documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Educate individuals, families, and staff on health-related topics and wellness practices
• Coordinate care with physicians, prescribers, specialists, and other healthcare providers
• Advocate for individuals to ensure access to appropriate medical services and supports
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, person-centered care

Qualifications
Required
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Pennsylvania
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
• Prior nursing experience
• Experience working in human services, behavioral health, IDD, or community-based programs
Schedule
• Full-Time
• Community-based position with travel as needed
• Participation in meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary care activities
Physical Requirements
• Ability to travel to program sites, appointments, and community locations as needed
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform routine nursing duties
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
