Your Typical Shift

You’ll arrive for the midday handoff, get the front desk set for the afternoon, and settle into a steady rhythm of helping people as they come in or reach out. The pace can change quickly—some moments are quiet and detail-focused, and others are busy with multiple requests at once—so you’ll prioritize, stay calm, and keep communication moving. As the day wraps, you’ll make sure items are logged, the workspace is reset, and the office is ready for the next morning’s start.
