Hours Available: Monday-Friday [8:00am-4:30pm] | Flexibility and weekend on-call hours as needed.

Mountain Lake Services is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Clinical Services to lead our Clinical Services Department and help advance a culture of trauma-informed, person-centered care across our organization.
What You'll Do: Includes but is not limited to the following.
As Clinical Director you will oversee the daily operations of the clinical services department including providing leadership, supervision and strategic direction.
Oversee behavior supports, clinical operations, social work functions and regulatory compliance
Support a culture of continuous learning and growth - at times providing clinical supervision to advance licensure
Provide specialized counseling services to individuals and groups when appropriate.
Education:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or a related population preferred.
Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience required.
Experience implementing trauma-informed approaches and positive behavioral supports strongly preferred.
