You will work in a fast-paced environment that demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the pre-sales process by assisting technicians with product lookups, part number identification, and availability checks. You will coordinate with warehouse and production teams to verify inventory levels and ensure accurate information is reported.

You will also be responsible for entering and managing data within our internal systems, ensuring all pre-sales documentation is accurate and up to date. You will respond to internal inquiries from the team in a timely manner, providing the information needed to close deals efficiently. Additionally, you will assist in resolving any pre-sales discrepancies or issues that may arise, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department when necessary.

The Pre-Sales Production Support specialist will also play a role in maintaining quality standards by reviewing product condition reports, cross-referencing part numbers, and verifying technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments including sales, warehouse operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through to order placement.
