The Process Navigator & Employee Experience Enabler

The HR People Partner is the vital backbone of our HR operating model and the primary navigator and champion for our employees. Far beyond administrative execution, the HR PP acts as the trusted partner for employees regarding the basic system, logic, and navigation of all HR processes (2nd Level). By guiding employees through HR workflows, driving continuous improvement (CI), and acting as the operational process interface for the HRBP, the HR PP ensures an outstanding employee experience, while enabling the HRBP to focus fully on strategic leadership consulting.

Continuous Improvement (CI) & Global HQ Alignment
- Act as the central European hub for Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, helping to simplify and optimize daily processes for employees.
- Serve as the key coordinator to align local employee needs with Global HQ HR standards, ensuring new global tools are successfully adopted locally.
