About the OpportunityAffirmed Home Care is seeking experienced, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.We offer flexible per diem opportunities for nurses looking for competitive pay, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.Service Areas: Passaic County, including Clifton, Passaic, Wayne, and surrounding communities.Compensation- $45.00 per hour for nursing shifts
- $85.00 per LPN visit
Scheduling OpportunitiesWe are looking for LPNs with availability for:- Weekday shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Day shifts
- Overnight shifts
Assignments are based on patient needs and nurse availability.Requirements- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in an acute care or home care setting
- Current BLS certification
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or an approved medical exemption
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following areas is a plus:- Ventilator and tracheostomy (trach) care
- Medical-Surgical
- Home Care
