Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager to oversee daily operations and support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure quality care, and help individuals live as independently as possible.

What You’ll Do:

Lead & Support: Supervise, train, and mentor staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care. Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Ensure Quality Care: Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes personal growth and independence for individuals receiving services.

Problem-Solve & Communicate: Work closely with clients, families, and team members to identify needs, address concerns, and develop care plans. Maintain open and clear communication to ensure the best outcomes.

Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed while maintainingaccurate documentation, scheduling, and compliance records.

Crisis Management & Advocacy: Respond to emergencies and behavioral challenges with professionalism and care, advocating for individuals' needs and well-being.

Coordinate Services: Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and other service providers to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Provide Transportation: When needed to transport individuals to appointments, activities, or community engagements.

 What You Bring:

✔Education & Experience: Degree in human services preferred, OR experience supporting individuals with disabilities/behavioral challenges.
✔Leadership Skills: Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
✔Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and handle challenges with empathy.
✔Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (Must have a clean driving record).
✔Pass Background Checks:state background check and required state screenings
