    •   Title:               Lunch Aide/Hall Monitor  - Part Time Position - 2.5 hours per day Monday - Friday
     
    Qualifications:
    1. To assist the principal, teachers and teacher aides in organizing and maintaining appropriate lunchroom activities and behavior.
    2. To provide the opportunity for teachers to have a duty free lunch.
     
    Performance Responsibilities:
    • Assists students from classroom to the cafeteria and back to the classroom.
    • Assists students when obtaining food, and sees that students are seated at the designated table.
    • Assists students with the use of utensils.
    • Assists students to develop and observe proper dining habits and manners.
    • Assists with the implementation of the feeding therapy program under the direction of the therapist.
    • Assists with setting up food, milk and utensils with those students requiring help.
    • Assists in the orderly disposal of food wastes, trays and utensils.
    • Supervises student behavior in the cafeteria.
    • Supervises students during recess time whether inside or outside the building.
    • Ensures safety rules both in the cafeteria and on the playground.
    • Performs any other related duties as assigned by the principal.
