Summary - Outside Sales/New Business Development
Uniform Sales & Service Representative to specialize in generating new business for our Uniform/Specialty Linen Division as well as manage and service an existing customer base.
This position exists first to generate new outside business-to-business sales through process such as lead generation, prospecting, solicitation of Request for Proposals (RFPs), and meeting sales goals.
Secondly this position exists to further develop, grow, and support overall management of existing business relationships in local facilities for a given geographic area. The Uniform Sales & Service Representative will create a high standard of customer service for our healthcare market customers, maintain account retention and renewals, and build revenue though adding on goods and services to existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
-Increase sales by meeting/exceeding sales goals
-Identify and develop leads and prospective customers in territory and increase sales opportunities through lead generation, prospecting
-Keep an active sales portfolio
-Manage important relationships within our existing list of customers
-Look for opportunities to up sale existing customers with other lines of business we can provide
Requirements:
This position requires routine travel, excellent relationship management skills, and the use of various computer programs, e-mail, profitability, and contact-management programs.
Compensation:
$80,000-$85,000 per year base + commission/bonuses
