INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking Trainee Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in advancing Process Automation Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Renewable Energy. What You’ll Lead and Deliver

  • Assist in the design, drafting, and documentation of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear & MCC systems.
  • Support senior engineers in installation and commissioning of electrical systems including: LV & MV Switchgear and MCCs, Transformer Systems
  • Participate in the review of project specifications (RFQs) and support in ensuring compliance with client and internal requirements.
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and engineering calculations.
  • Support in vendor coordination for technical clarifications, documentation reviews, and deliverable follow-ups.
  • Assist in engineering documentation reviews and ensure project files are maintained as per quality standards.
  • Work with the engineering and planning teams to track project progress, documentation, and schedules.
  • Gain exposure to project QA/QC requirements and ensure compliance during design and execution phases.
  • Learn to develop basic understanding of HVAC system design and its integration with electrical systems.
  • Support the team in preparing technical evaluations, comparing vendor quotations, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Assist in pre-sales support activities such as bid documentation, technical clarifications, and preparation of estimation sheets under supervision.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Fresh Graduates or up to 1 year of working experience.
  • Candidates should have a strong academic record, a willingness to learn.
  • Candidates should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities.
