What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be generating new business and helping prospective customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
Build relationships with prospective customers and uncover insurance needs.
Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based sales conversations.
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
Meet and exceed individual sales goals and activity targets.
