OK4WD is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist who can provide essential support to our ecommerce team and enhance our customer satisfaction as we continue to grow. We are one of the leading offroad and overland ecommerce retailers in the nation and based in Stewartsville, NJ.

As an Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-online, over the phone, and via email. You'll play a key role in providing support, answering questions, and guiding customers through their truck upfitting and off-road needs. While sales experience is a bonus, it's not required. What matters most is your passion for the off-road industry and your working knowledge of guiding the customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre and post-sales support
Process orders from ecommerce website, phone, and emails
Maintain working knowledge of products, order fulfillment policies and procedures, and basic accounting processes
Respond to basic customer queries through phone, email, and online chat
Update customer records in the company database
Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

Extroverted individual who enjoys interacting with customers
Passion and knowledge of the automotive and off-road industries a plus
Experience with BigCommerce a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies including CRM, POS, and web based systems
Comfort with a fast paced environment and multitasking a must
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Good team worker
Must be detail oriented and responsible
Must have ability to accept constructive feedback
Fluent in Spanish a plus
