LOVE WORKING WITH KIDS AND PEOPLE?

Maybe you’re a toddler teacher, preschool teacher, daycare professional, barista, server, camp counselor, coach, performer, babysitter, retail associate, or customer-service pro who knows how to connect with people and bring positive energy to a room.

You may already have exactly the skills we’re looking for.

My Gym Nanuet is hiring energetic, outgoing, dependable people to join our team as Children’s Fitness Coaches / Toddler Teachers.

You do not need gymnastics experience. We provide paid My Gym training to teach you our programs, activities, and coaching style.

What matters most is your personality, energy, reliability, and ability to connect with children and families.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help lead fun, high-energy programs for children ages 3 months to 10 years.

• Lead and assist children’s fitness classes
• Sing, dance, play games, and demonstrate activities
• Help children build confidence, coordination, strength, and social skills
• Engage children through movement, music, imaginative play, and gymnastics
• Build positive relationships with children and parents
• Host birthday parties, camps, and special events
• Help maintain a clean, safe, organized gym

TODDLER & PRESCHOOL TEACHERS

Your experience translates perfectly to My Gym.

If you’ve worked in a daycare, preschool, toddler classroom, camp, or early-childhood program, you already know how to engage young children, manage groups positively, communicate with parents, encourage independence, and celebrate developmental milestones.

At My Gym, you’ll use those skills in a more active, movement-based environment filled with music, games, gymnastics, and play.

BARISTAS, SERVERS & HOSPITALITY PROS

Your skills transfer too.

If you can connect with people quickly, remember names, stay positive during a rush, multitask, work as a team, and create a welcoming experience, you may make an incredible My Gym Coach.

Instead of making someone’s coffee, you could be making a child’s day.

YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU...

• Genuinely enjoy working with children
• Have a big personality and positive energy
• Are comfortable being silly, playful, and enthusiastic
• Can confidently lead activities in front of groups
• Enjoy singing, dancing, games, and movement
• Prefer an active workplace over sitting behind a desk
• Are dependable, coachable, and work well with a team

EXPERIENCE THAT TRANSFERS WELL

Toddler Teaching • Preschool • Daycare • Camps • Babysitting • Coffee Shops • Restaurants • Hospitality • Coaching • Sports • Dance • Theater • Fitness • Retail • Customer Service

Previous experience is a plus, but not required.

We can teach you the My Gym curriculum.

We’re looking for the personality, work ethic, reliability, and people skills that are much harder to teach.

PAY & PERKS

• $16–$19/hour, based on experience and training
• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Paid My Gym training
• Fun, active work environment
• Leadership and teaching experience
• Supportive, close-knit team
• Opportunities to work classes, parties, camps, and special events
• Make a positive impact on children every day

HOW TO APPLY

Send us:

• Your résumé
• A short note telling us why you’d be great at My Gym Nanuet
• Optional: A brief introduction video so we can see your personality and energy

Don’t worry if your résumé doesn’t look like a traditional childcare or fitness résumé.
