Troubleshooting learning content and LMS-related issues while supporting ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality customer service throughout the design and development process.
Ensuring all learning resources align with contemporary educational practice, Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) requirements and Mater quality standards.
