About
My name is Eric and I bring a strong record of delivering “white‑glove” technical support to end-users as well as creative thinking, graphic design, and marketing. In addition to daily support, I managed vendors, supplies, telecom services, asset tracking, and contributed extensively using tools such as ServiceNow, Drupal, Prime Marketplace, service forms, and knowledge base documentation for Princeton University for the last decade. I also served for several years on the core technical team supporting major campus events, including Princeton Research Day.
Before Princeton, I worked as a Genius Bar Technician for Apple, Inc. and enjoyed helping the public get the most out of their products. I also have experience in several political campaigns offering my technical and design skills where needed.
In my spare time, I work in animal rescue saving precious lives.
