We are looking for aPart-Time Fleet & Administrative Assistantto join our growing team. This person will be responsible for supporting our Fleet Lead with toll violations, vehicle registrations, compliance documentation, and general site administrative tasks at our EWR facility.
Location: 125 State St, Moonachie, NJ 07074
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM
Pay: $18/hr paid weekly
What your shift will look like:
- Toll & Violation Management:Track, review, and process incoming toll statements and traffic violations promptly to avoid penalties and keep our fleet compliant.
- Compliance & Registrations:Assist with organizing, tracking, and executing vehicle registrations, state inspections, and critical fleet paperwork.
- Meticulous Record Keeping:Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital files for all fleet vehicles, including driver assignments, maintenance logs, and fuel receipts.
- Site Support:Support the local facility team during spare time by helping with general on-site administrative tasks, data entry, and basic office organization.
Qualifications:
- Google Workspace Experience:Comfortable navigating and utilizing Gmail, Google Docs, and especiallyGoogle Sheetsfor data entry and tracking.
•Extreme Attention to Detail:High accuracy when reviewing invoices, matching tolls, and verifying time-sensitive vehicle registration deadlines.
•Reliable Schedule:Ability to work on-site at our EWR facility (125 State Street, Moonachie, NJ) everyTuesday and Thursdayfor approximately 16 hours per week.
•Strong Organizational Skills:Capable of managing physical and digital paperwork efficiently while balancing multiple recurring tasks.
•Great Communication:Clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal drivers, team leaders, and external vendors.
•Proactive Mindset:Happy to pivot and take on general site administrative tasks when fleet operations tasks are fully caught up.
