We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Office Scheduler & Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy multitasking, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Schedule deliveries/pick up and coordinate daily truck routes.
Print and organize packing slips and delivery paperwork.
Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding schedules and deliveries.
Handle general office administrative tasks.
Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with other operational duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative experience required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (experience with scheduling or logistics software is a plus).
Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude.
