TheDirector ofRegional Marketinghasa critical role in driving commercialization of Crinetics’ exciting and deep pipeline across multiple disease states of significant unmet-medical need. AsRegionalMarketer, yourinitialfocus will be on supporting Crinetics’ first commercial launch of Paltusotine in Acromegaly followed by a potential secondindicationin Carcinoid syndrome. TheRegionalMarketeris a field-based marketing role that will bevitalcommercial contact with national and regional Key Opinion leaders. TheRegionalMarketingteamwill alsobe responsible forplanning and executing regional marketing initiatives to support the overall brand strategy. The successful candidate will be skilled in operating in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment and will havea track recordof driving cross-functional leadership across key initiatives. You will play a key role in driving key market planningactivitiespre-launch and drive commercial execution post-FDA approval. Specifically, in support of commercial strategy execution, you willbe responsible forsupporting Regional Marketing functions that support HCP and patientinitiatives;as well as understanding regional business trends and executing local market programs. These functionsincludeidentifyingand mapping KOLs, developing KOL-specific engagement plans, supporting promotional speaker bureau development, diving peer-peer educational activities,managing vendor relationships and partnering withthe PatientMarketing team on regional patient events.

LeadCrinetics’ presence and engagement at National,regionaland local congresses andfacilitateour active engagement at these eventsto include cross functional coordination with medical,salesand marketing colleagues.
Develop strong collaboration withcross-functional partners:field sales leaders, sales representatives, National AccountDirectorsand Regional Reimbursement Directors to ensure seamless field execution of promotional activities. This role requires significant peer leadership abilities to drive these activities.
Track recordof effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners including sales, marketing, field reimbursement specialists, MSLsetc
Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with external stakeholders including KOLs, practice managers, vendors,etcand internal commercial teams

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $192,000 - $240,000.
In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match.
