Project Manager – HVAC
We’re a family-owned HVAC company that has proudly served our community for over 35 years and we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to keep multiple projects moving smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers/builders, work closely with technicians and installers, manage project timelines, and help ensure every job is completed on time and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee HVAC projects from planning through completion
· Coordinate schedules with customers, builders, installers, and subcontractors
· Track project progress, timelines, and job costs
· Communicate updates and resolve issues as they arise
· Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service
Qualifications:
· Previous project management or construction management experience preferred
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required
· Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
