Shape the future of patient access through science and evidence.
As a Medical Outcomes Liaison at LEO Pharma, you will serve as the medical point of contact for Region US with assigned national and regional payer organizations, engaging in clinical, health economics, and health outcomes interactions.
This is a field-based role with extensive travel (up to 70%). Candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S., provided they reside within close proximity to a major airport (preferably within 50 miles).

Serve as the medical, health economics, and health outcomes point of contact for regional and national healthcare payers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), integrated delivery networks, and health systems.

Engage payer and PBM executives, scientific experts, and key influencers with clinical and health outcomes information across portfolio and pipeline products to inform access and reimbursement decisions.

Build enduring relationships with customer executives, decision-makers, scientific experts, and internal stakeholders.

Remain current on disease state literature, health policy trends, company and competitor data, and advancements in health economics and real-world evidence.

Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PhD, MD, DO, PharmD, MS, MPH) or related health science field and a minimum of 7 years of experience, with advanced training.

Working knowledge of health policy, and healthcare trends impacting the healthcare industry, including quality of care, performance measures, value-based reimbursement and payment models, care coordination, various payer segments (private and public), and managed markets.

Excellent knowledge and command of clinical trial design and methodology, observational study designs, epidemiology, biostatistics, value frameworks and health economic principles.

You excel at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and communicating clinical value effectively. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to collaboration, accountability, and integrity in a highly regulated environment.
You will join the North America Medical Affairs (NAMA) organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Account Management, HEOR, MSSA, and FRM. Together, you will deliver evidence-based insights and customer-focused support that help inform healthcare decision-making and improve patient access.
The base salary range for this position is $223,000-255,000 per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
