Action Termite and Pest Control Inc is looking for a driven and personable Pest Control Sales Associate to join our growing team in Turnersville, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new residential and commercial pest control customers through door-to-door, referral, and outbound sales efforts
- Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest, termite, and rodent issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Present and close pest control service agreements and treatment packages to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and upsells
- Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, pest control, or a related service industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to obtain or willingness to pursue NJ pesticide applicator or sales license
- Comfortable conducting outdoor inspections in varying weather conditions
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional and trustworthy demeanor
