JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide leadership and oversight of Parts Department operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and business objectives.
- Manage core processing activities, including reconciliation, policy adherence, issue resolution, and coordination with Accounting.
- Oversee Corporate Parts Administration functions, including back-order expediting, exchange coordination, PCC ordering, and administrative support teams.
- Recruit, develop, evaluate, and plan staffing needs to ensure a high-performing and well-supported team.
- Monitor departmental financial and operational performance, including key metrics, resource utilization, and process efficiency.
- Lead back-order escalation efforts, partnering with internal teams, dealers, and customer-facing personnel to resolve critical customer issues.
- Maintain Parts Office operations, coordinate quarterly TEPS returns, and oversee novelty store inventory and customer support activities.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews, employee development, cross-functional communication, and participation in business initiatives.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Parts Operations, Inventory and Warehouse Management with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping logistics, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Experience with ERP systems and transactional processes, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively work across teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
