T&M Associates is seeking an experienced Supervising Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in electrical systems design for buildings and facilities who is looking to combine technical expertise and project leadership.
The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of complex electrical projects, oversee technical staff, support business development initiatives, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary MEP teams to provide innovative and high-quality engineering solutions for public and private sector clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and design within the MEP, facilities, or building systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage building systems.
- Experience working with public-sector, institutional, commercial, healthcare, higher education, or other facility-based projects preferred.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD required; Revit experience strongly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of applicable building codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $105,000-$135,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
